Paladin Project Named One of 100 Great Supply Chain Projects
Paladin Associates’ USA Warehousing, Distribution and Transportation Project for Adisseo, a World Leader in nutrition and additives for animal feed, was named one of the 100 great supply chain projects by Supply and Demand Chain Executive.
  

Paladin analyzed current distribution and transportation costs and determined alternative distribution strategies and warehouse locations. 

 
  Incoming product shipments were directed to a single Southeastern US port.
  The main US warehouse was relocated near the selected incoming port.
  Carriers were consolidated, containers reduced, customer satisfaction improved and actual savings exceeded 25% of the prior total warehousing and transportation costs.
